| Leg Workout For All Levels |
| It’s a new week team, and although its not as sunny as last week we still have life and health! This week I wanted to talk you through a leg workout that you could add to your training this week. Back Squat
First up here we have the back squat. The key thing here is to keep your chest up and push through you heels. Keep your feet shoulder width apart and make sure your knees don’t go past your toes when squatting.
Romanian Deadlifts
This exercise targets the back of your legs. Keep your chest up and try not to round your back when doing this movement. Always start with a light weight to ensure you have the technique correct. At home you could start with a water bottle and build from there.


Lunges/Split Squat
Next up is lunges, another key exercise in any leg routine. Make sure you’re well balanced and push through the heel of your front leg. This can be done with just your bodyweight or household items if you don’t have access to weights.
Goblet Squats
Finally try these goblet squats. This is another squat variation, here you hold the weight in front of you which also helps to challenge your core. Always remember to keep your chest up and drop down through your heels
