As a ex-pro football has always been a part of my life and a great passion of mine. I love to see people reach their goals and lead fitter healthier lifestyles. I believe training should be a way of life, not just just something you do when you get a health scare or you have a holiday! We should have fun with our training and enjoy it so that it becomes ingrained into our daily living.
